Our goal with this weekly blog is two fold. One, to keep you updated with the progress of our POWER players and how they are progressing throughout their season and with their skill development and two, to share some of the physical, mental and spiritual training tips that we use in the POWER Basketball Journey Gym. We believe that each person has a unique journey that they will go on in life and it is our goal to better equip them with the tools to help become a complete person not just a complete player. At the POWER Basketball Academy we want to add a deep meaning to why you train. POWER MMA and Fitness is truly a unique experience and unlike any other place I have been associated with. The mixture of family, elite training, and fun makes this one of the most enjoyable gyms I have ever been in!
