Healthy Supreme Pizza
Recipe of the week!
-Whole Wheat tortilla
-low fat skim mozzarella
-Spinach or Kale or both
-Organic marinara sauce
- Place tortilla in oven brushed with olive oil add Italian seasonings if desired. Leave in for about 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy you like crust.
- Next remove from oven and add desired amount of sauce and Cheese.
- Add rest of ingredients as desired (you can never have too much veggies)
- Place back in oven till cheese is melted.
This is John’s favorite recipe because you can get very creative with the ingredients and is always delicious. Always try and mix different colors with your veggies to get a variety nutrients and added benefits to your health.
