Grappling is a combination of wrestling techniques and submissions derived from the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also known as “submission wrestling,” or “No Gi Jiu Jitsu,” Grappling has gained popularity in recent years due to its effectiveness in the mixed martial art world.
Grappling works to improve ones own personal strength, cardiovascular conditioning, body composition, core strength, and flexibility. Besides being a very effective discipline in both MMA and self-defense, grappling represents a fun wrestling style approach teaching all types of techniques, submissions, and maneuvers while staying off your feet. Our grappling classes are open to members of all skill levels.
*Gi’s are NOT required for class, however loose-fitting clothing is highly recommended.
