Recipe of the week! Ingredients -Whole Wheat tortilla -olive oil -low fat skim mozzarella -turkey sausage -bell peppers -onions -olives -mushrooms -Spinach or Kale or both -Organic marinara sauce Procedure: Place tortilla in oven brushed with olive oil add Italian seasonings if desired.  Leave in for about 5-10 minutes depending on how crunchy you like crust.
